Forecasters are watching for a powerful storm capable of causing heavy rainfall and flash flooding. The storm is over northern Brampton and southern Caledon and the ECCC says it is almost stationary. The most immediate danger to residents is heavy rainfall expected in quantities of up to 50 mm per hour....
