Federal prosecutors have charged three men in connection with the prison killing of notorious mobster James “Whitey” Bulger. Photios “Freddy” Geas, 55, Paul “Polly” DeCologero, 48, and Sean McKinnon, 36, were charged Wednesday with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, according to a Justice Department statement. Geas and DeCologero are accused of beating Bulger to death in prison in October 2018 while they were all incarcerated at the Hazleton Penitentiary in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia.
