Jerrell Raphael Brown of Montgomery, Alabama, was arrested in La Fayette, Alabama, after shootings were reported in Montgomery and Auburn, Alabama, and near Hogansville, Georgia, according to Troup County, Georgia, sheriff’s deputies.
