Police were called to a single vehicle collision in Waterlees Road, Walsoken, at around 2.50pm on Tuesday, August 16. An off-road motorcycle carrying two men crashed into a telegraph pole at the site, between First March Road and Second March Road. A man in his 20s was fatally injured and died at the scene. A second man in his 20s was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital by ambulance with serious injuries. Officers would like to hear from witnesses or anyone who may have seen the way the vehicle was being driven before the crash. Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 or email [email protected] quoting CAD 274 of Tuesday 16 August.
